The 2007 Custom Hard Tail Chopper for sale that you see in the pictures is a replica of a J.C. HIggins Bicycle.
This is a one of a kind custom chopperthat has been ridden less than 500 miles. This bike started out three years ago as an early 1900’s board track racer.

The motorcycle was put on hold before it was resurrected by the current owner, Chuck Croteau at Redline Service in Tucson.
Phil Korte and Chuck from Create-A-Custom Cycles in Tombstone, Arizona were inspired by a 1957 J.C. Higgins Flightliner Bicycle which at that time was for sale and rapidly made a decision on the board trackers new fate. The bicycle is also for sale and looks very impressive posed next to the

After month upon month of prep work and afterthoughts, the board track racer was ultimately transformed by Phil Korte into both a great ride and an eye-popping show stopper.
Marvin Cable of Class Act Motorcycle Engineering in Phoenix, Arizona built the frame, the handlebars, the fuel tank, the oil tank and the customized rear fender. The Springer front end and 113 cubic inch Ultima Motor were manufactured by Midwest Motorcycle Supply and the 6 speed transmission is credited to Trik Shift. Thunder Heart took control of
the forward controls, the speedometer and the electronics and the front pegs have been replaced by jeweled bicycle pedals.
Ride Wright Wheels in Anaheim, California provided the front and rear wheels with the Metzler tires picked up at Drag Specialties.
The exhaust pipes are by Paul Jaffe design and there's a DEKA battery on board.
The custom pinstriping that sets the 2007 Custom Hard Tail Chopper for sale above pretty much anything on the road or the show circuit was done by Jim Gear in Tucson and all powder coat paint word was performed by Affordable Powder Coating in Tucson.
Additional custom painting was done at Painting By Manny in Phoenix with chrome plating done by Concours Plating and Polishing also located in Phoenix, AZ.
Mark Perrodin designed the front fender,the headlight cover and chain guard.
Create-A-Custom located in Tombstone, AZ that manufactured this bike is listed in both the NADA Price Guide as well as the Kelly Blue Book which eliminate any financing problems that you might encounter with lesser known customizers.
